UPS可能会对发往欧洲且申报高于150美金的用户收取清关准备费

运往欧洲的正式进口货物，如果申报超过150欧元并且运单上未填写收件方IOSS号码，将会收取清关准备费用（Entry Preparation Fee）。此费用必须由收件人支付，并适用于所有符合正式海关入境要求的进口货物。如果收件人无法支付此费用，则转由寄件人支付。在发货前，请确保将此信息与您的客户沟通。对于DDP（税前付）货物，此费用由寄件人承担，具体费用将由UPS确定并据此收费。

将产生清关准备费用的欧洲国家如下：
奥地利、比利时、捷克共和国、丹麦、法国、芬兰、德国、匈牙利、爱尔兰、意大利、荷兰、波兰、葡萄牙、西班牙和瑞典。

The Entry Preparation Fee will be applied to all formal entries arriving into European Union countries that are declared over 150 euros and do not contain the recipient's IOSS number on the shipping label. The fee is payable by the receiver and will apply to all qualifying import shipments that meet formal customs entry requirements. If the receiver does not pay the fee, it will automatically revert to the shipper. Please ensure that you communicate this information to your customer prior to shipping. For shipments that are DDP, this fee will be the responsibility of the shipper. Specific fees will be determined by UPS and billed accordingly.
